I think this is the big difference-maker in my results in life. It is by me recognizing every single area that I’m derping. And by derping is me wanting to go in the autopilot parts of my brain, or me wanting to be numb or me being told how to think. So what I do is – just like a meditation . – I recognize when I¡m doing this and i snap out of it.
I think a lot of us have been traumatized since young.
The idea of the execution game is recognizing that we tend to want to zone out, we tend to want to derp, we tend to go on autopilot, we tend to want to numb ourselves, and this is no way to live.
What happenes becuse we don¡t actively talk about this, it is very difficult to get results becusue we are unaware of it.

What I’m saying yto myself is: I¡m an idiot, my brain barely works…
When you hear that, you say to yourself: That’s not self love…
It is not me crying about it, it’s a joke taht I tell myself.. because once I know that.. then what happens is that I just begin to adjust.

They are writing things down, they are creating systems. They understand that their mind it is not meant to focus on all of these things…
We are not meant for this entirely complicated life. Our brain is like an old-schoool computer trying to run a new software but it doesn’t work.

I found a solution, i was solutions oriented, I executed.. what an incredible experience.
But again, it’s that mental game. It is that mind game when you are making a million and one excuses when you are derping.
you burn so much mental bandwith.
I see myself walking up, and just like I say.. I¡ll just put the keys here–
Mastering that in your mind and to see the beauty of it it’s soo powerful.
It’s really you enjoying life, it’s enjoying the fruits and benefits of results.
That pride of knowing that you are not the effect in your life, but you are the cause.
We think that we are control of our mind, but we are not entirely in control of our mind.
Our mind is like an elephant that is really stubborn.,
If I just want to say hi I just go and do it. How weird, my brain just told me to go to the bathroom.

You probably don¡t have social calibration, you are trapped in your head because you are too burdened.
You have so much potential, you have no idea.
You can use this in everything you can use it in diet.
You can use it in business and recognize every aspect of your business.
You can do it socially by recognizing where is my will power right now, how can I get so much mental consciousness, autonomy and execution that I’m overpowering the dirt.

What I truly believe, is that we are living in this “satanic entertainment system”:
Food that has no nutrition in it, sleep patterns to when you are sleeping when your body doesn’t wanna sleep, attention span depleting media that is going to cause you to have a lower attention spam, demoralization socially, heroes and role models who are degenerative that are taking away any inspiration taht is left.
We live in a system that basically encourages us to be numb, to be living in auto pilot, not to wanna have to think. To the point if that I ask to you know what is 12 times 13, because you have to think.
It is good to be lazy sometimes, good to be selfish.. but it takes those… to the point we get so lazy and selfish and we just wanna be told what to do.
